'02 CRV p0341
Morning all, new here so be kind!
I have an '02 CRV in the UK. 110,000 miles, patchy (at best) service schedule......
10 days ago, start car as normal, 50 yards later, dies. Engine light on, 2 seperate generic code readers bring up code 0341 (as well as all sorts of misfire codes, etc.....)
I think I know what everyone is gonna say -stretched chain- but is there anything else I could check? I've already done- Oil and filter change, cam sensor, remove and clean throttle body, remove and clean Vtec valve, check injectors and coils and plugs(new).......
Is there a way to check timing chain easily?
Will erasing the codes with an official reader help?
Anyone wanna buy a nice black, leather equiped semi-mobile chicken coup..?
