Fuel tank sender unit
I have a 1986 honda civic si that has a fuel gauge problem. I have isolated the problem to the sending unit in the tank. Does anyone here know where to get on. I can not get one from napa or autozone. Help.

I may have a bad sender also. twice I have had to refill from my spare 3 gallon car when the car unexpectedly ran out of gas.
Gauge still reads 1/4 full when it runs out.
A clue that it's running out is when you accelerate and it stalls a couple seconds later or when you corner hard and a few seconds later it stalls.-Bob
