Default devacing an 87 civic

i got a cvcc 87 civic and i need to know what hoses to leave, where to leave them, and what should i do for carb adjustments after the devac? i need it to run immediately this is my drive-to-work vehicle so i cant afford to have it out of commission for more than 2 days. ive never done a devac before and i like the clean look of other peoples devac so id like to try it

i want to devac it for 2 reasons

1. to make it easier to diagnose problems and to make it easier to work on.

2. im eventually going to replace the stock keihin carb with a weber carb.

also i found 2 webers that supposedly fit 87 1500 cvcc civics, the one that ive heard good things about, the 32/36 dgev and the other i havent heard a thing about, the 38 dges. the 38 is about 40 dollars more but whats the difference between it and the 32/36?

help is greatly appreciated!

If you can post some pics I might be able to help.
Does your car have that plastic box with a pile of vac hoses going into it?

I did my 89 Accord several years ago.-Bob
