Okay so I recently swapped my jdm h23 (blown) for a jdm f22 dohc, I got all new belts, new spark plugs, new gaskets, but now I finally got the engine in and running and for some reason when it gets to high rpm in all gears it sputters really bad, and in 5th gear I can't get above 55 mph due to the stuttering. Iv looked at everything that I'm aware of. The timing was all right. It idles good just doesn't reach high rpm. I do have a CEL and I pulled it and it's code 4? Can anyone help me with this. I need some ideas, it's KILLING ME!!!

Thanks man, I had a guy come and try and bypass that sensor and I guess it didn't work so ill get him to take another look at it since it's still under warranty.
