hello i have a 92 civic cx with a d 15b7 from a 94 dx i was just going for some other ideas as to why this would be happening when im driving down the road on the highway my car rides smooth until i hit 70mph then theres a pretty mild shake in the steering wheel and the car pulls to the right if you let go of the wheel i just put new upper balljoints and arms on not even 3 months ago the car is lowered thanks

 

Alignment could be an issue, but if your wheels are shaking id look more at wheel balance.
