Default Wheel Alignment Q's

I recently had an alignment and I suspect foul play .. My steering wheel was crooked at first, but the handling was pretty tight, steering etc. It drove fine before.. so I took it back said look, i dont want to be like im turning left when im going straight, fix it. He lifted it up, turned a couple bolts underneath dropped the car and went around the block with it (all under 10mins) said it was fine .. the steering wheel STILL Was a bit crooked, and handled a lot shittier ... in a wheel alignment, to do it properly and see the true alignment does it have to be hooked up to a computeR? did he shaft me in doing this? .. I've since gone back and said straighten it out and fix it, now its only crooked the other way after making a right turn .. so sometimes the steerring wheel will be straight when im going straight, others ill have to hold it to the right to go straigh t.. but never to the left .. there is also a shimmy at high speeds.

The reason I got it is because the camber was off on my back tires, the inside tread was bald on both tires on the rear , front were perfectly fine. My car is not lowered, stock suspension etc. Its a 92 Prelude 4WS , the camber CAN be adjusted on the 4ws model SOMEWHAT .. this is known and mentioned in the service manuals. He didn't adjust my camber I don't think because I can visibly see the /--\ shape on my back tires ..

Is there a way that another shop can tell me its out of alignment before doing work on it so I can go to him and say refund my labor fee ? ...

Your thoughts are appreciated.

THX!

u can just eye ball that.. i use a 4 sensor setup.. it hooks up to each wheel and tells the computer what the camber, caster, thrust angle, toe all kinds of measurements.. it take at least 15 mins just to hook it all up
