i purchased a full blown dual pump kit and i installed it into my ek hatch wired it up to a relay and fuse everything thing works fine but my fuel gauge doesn't work anymore.... anyone know why this would happen or has this happened to any one?!?!?!

i used the search to find out if anyone had this problem but couldn't find anything, please help need this fixed

i have the same prob with a 1996 gsr

 

The oem hanger does not have a float valve attached to it. Are you guys sure you did not unplug the wrong harness?

You shouldn't have to touch the float valve when you install our pump hanger

 

well going to drop tank to check the float valve tomorrow

 

im only doing the hanger side but when wirring up the pump do u use 1 relay or 2? i have mine on 2 and i think that might be it idk when i get home ill check the floater to make sure it good

 

MM&Y of car would help, an "EK" would make it a 95-98 RHD JDM Civic would it not, is it a RHD JDM Civic? 94

 

Check fuse, then wires n possible take it back out n mess with the list n see if the gauge moves.
