Default GSR water outlet question

Currently im not running any ac or heat in the car and i've had this outlet plugged and also the one on the back in the water pipe. But is there any negative effect on the motor by doing this? are there any other ports i can plug without hurting the motor?

Plugging the heater core lines at the engine is no diff. then turning the heat off, it will have no ill effects on the engine. 94

Use the m16x1.00 Plu from the transmission to plug the heater hose A port.
