EM1/99-00 SI Power Steering pump?
I searched best I can and can't clarify this. My friend bought an SI which doesn't have power steering. I saw that the line is still there, but there's no bracket or pump.
According to part #'s he'd need to get a Del Sol VTEC or SI P.S bracket, but how about the pump itself? Would it have to be only EM1/Del Sol VTEC or can it be any 96-00 D-series?

Assuming we're talking about a B16A2 (since up here in Canada it's an SiR), the D series PS pump will not work. You can use any OBD2 pump from a B-series I believe (OBD2 pumps have a different size pressure line inlet than OBD1), so I believe P2T or P72 would be stamped on it (may be some others I'm missing).
Also I think any B series PS brackets will work since the block casting is the same. There are two different styles, one that slides fore-aft on one of the mounting bolts for tension and one that only slides up and down and has a wing nut/bolt to tighten for tension, but either will work.
I went through the same thing swapping a B16 into my EK and grabbed a couple PS pumps and although the pulleys looked slightly different they both work fine.
