Default 95 civic LX, warped valve cover?

Hey guys i have a quick question. I changed my head gasket about 2 years ago after a pretty bad overheat. Since then i have changed my valve cover gasket 3 times and the tube seals keep leaking oil and fouling my plugs out. I always use ultra black silicone whenever i change a gasket on this car and usually have no problems. Could it be that my valve cover is out of shape?
