looking for the comparison between these 2 headers for a friends car ive been working on for a while....
right now the setup is a 97 spec itr stock below the head, 2 layer headgasket stock itr cams stock itr intake manifold and throttle body bisimoto v2 header ... car has only been street tuned by me hes happy with it but after driving it he wants more power "of course lol" so we are upgrading alot more looking for over 200whp
the new setup will be rocket motorsports m22x cams and valvetrain, flat faced valves, new 2 layer headgasket, edelbrock performer x ( we might just get a bigger throttle body and use the factory R manifold ) and we are looking for another header to run, since on his car his midrange right now isnt that great like all the dyno charts we've see with the bisi header the midrange sucks
ive been telling him to get a high end header but from his research it shows the toda makes more power then the highend....
i was just wondering if anybody has done a back to back test vs toda and high end...
also when he gets back from over seas and gets on is 2 weak leave, ive been thinking of doing a header test on his motor if anybody wants to test out a header i would be willing to use the dyno time to test out a few headers since there hasnt been a header test for a few years

I'm in for this answer as well, are you considering a original TODA header or PLM?
Im on a budget & was lookin at the PLM but I have a friend who can get me a high end for about the same price.

But there are so any threads on test between headers, just look harder

looks like the toda rep made the most power crazy how simple of a design it is and works soo well
I wouldn't call the Toda a "simple" design. It's not just a couple pipes being bent and calling it a day.
Custom header----> SMSP
Shelf header----> Toda
