Default Unused grey plug by steering column

I'm in the process of installing an alarm (Viper 5902) on my 96 Prelude. I took the whole dash off today (makes things easier and fixing other issues while I'm at it) and was looking at wiring from an old alarm that was in there and trying to figure out what wires go where. Not sure of what alarm the old one is, all I know is that it's an old Code Alarm.

2 of the wires from the old alarm led to wires that went into a grey 14 pin connector. One was black/white, and one was black/red. If I were to guess I'd say it'd be for the door lock/unlock. My problem is, after a lot of researching I cannot find anywhere online any info on this plug, so I am not sure what these wires are for sure. Every other plug I find online like this one, the colors of the wires do not match.

Also, this plug is not connected to anything. I'm confused as to why wires from the old alarm would be tapped into this if it is a dead plug. This plug is by the steering column, and goes to a big group of wires above the fuse box.

Here's a picture of the plug

Any ideas what this plug could be?
