1988 accord what would be the reason for oil in my air filter

Alright so i have oil in my air filter, ideas? A friend told me if the pcv valve went that could be the issue

i have this same problem but in a CVCC engine, but i'm not sure why either.

Is it a K&N? I kid, I kid.

Yeah, I think generally oil on the filter is a PCV issue.
