hey HT I took on the project of replacing my cam seal plug on my 95 gsr b18c1, well everything went fine removed the oil rail and got to the plug then reinstalled everything, guy at oriellys said i didnt need a torque wrench bc the spec on rail was only 19 f pounds so i hand torqued everything in a sequence order listed on a diy off this site then put on the VC and next on the distributor now its not starting wtf lol running when parked I think it could be the distro but i marked it with a marker to make sure its back on right, strange any opinions anyone???? bad distro or mabe i torqued the oil rail to tight???

not sure what you mean by oil rail, but the cam caps need to be torqued to spec. the torque determines cam journal clearance.
as for the no start, you sure the distributor isn't 180* out? normally on a b series the ears on the distributor are notched so this doesn't happen. but i have heard of people somehow managing to do it.
turn the crank by hand to tdc and pop the disributor cap off. if the rotor is pointed to number 4 terminal, you're 180 out.

Why did you take the distributor off? Follow this guide and make sure you didn't miss a step

Fist off! most people at those shops "auto zone" "oriellys" dont know **** about cars! If im not mistaken did you just state that oriellys told you that you dont need to torque the cam caps because its only 19 ft lbs!! omfg!!! if it needs 19 ft lbs of course you need to use a torque wrench! why would you half *** that! and why did you remove the dist.? did you plug the dist. back in?

Ignorance towards spec torques is one thing, but to knowingly disregard them is just STUPID!!!
