Default Issues with b18a1, unexplainable oil leak and rough idle

The car is a 95 civic ex with a b18a1 engine from a 93 integra. I bought it off a friend for cheap as a project. The rebuild has around 10k on it.

The other night my car felt as if it wouldnt accelerate when i gave it gas. It would hold speed but everytime i pressed the pedal in the car bogged out. When i got it home the idle was extremely harsh and almost bumpy. When i popped the hood the engine was literally shaking, as if a motor mount was bad. The shaking didnt happen when i gave it some gas but when it came down to idle it was shaking again...

I wasnt sure if it was either the egr system clogged, a bad map sensor, or something worse. Ive also noticed an oil leak began to form within the last month, it seems to be pooling near the engine mount on the block, near the breather box. Does anyone know what would cause that?

The car had been running absolutely perfect before, aside from smoking in the 5k+ rpm. Ive honestly babied the car since ive had it (5 months)

This is where the oil is pooling then rolling down the block

Lets start with the first thing. This engine does not have an egr. Is the cel on?

Yes it was originally on for the cat, i do not have a code reader at the moment so i can tell you if there are more codes being thrown.

Do you know what would be causing such a harsh and shaky idle? It vibrates the entire car.

I removed the IACV and the asssembly was extremely loose. I tightened the plastic screw and put it back on the car. It definately made the idle less shaky but it still vibrates the entire car. Drove it around the neighborhood, the shaking went away in acceleration, no hesistation except for the car bogging going up a hill quicker than it normally would.
