Need to have some fittings I designed in solidworks machined. Not really sure who to contact so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

just search for local job shops

 

there are a couple of "emachineshops" online where you just send them your model, they shoot you a quote, then make it and send it to you when its done

 

yeh theres a emachineshop i tryed that has its own software (thing you can import solidworks into it) tell them the finish material etc. and it works out an automatic quote.

1 offs work out quite expensive though whoever you go to, I imagine only smaller companys would bother.

 

I used emachineshop for something I needed made, came out pretty good. No complaints, Sandy pushed the arrival time back a couple of weeks but can't blame them for that.
