Doesn't matter if it's a lx,dx,cx,ex,vx,hx... a shell is a shell and they all have potential.

Oh goodness...
Before you do anything, how does it run? How reliable is it, how safe is it.
Don't be buying body kits, interior or exterior parts or even wheels unless you are SURE the car runs right.

So, you think you've mastered your car? Find your local SEMA, SCCA, or NASA branch, and start doing autocross. You'll learn pretty quick just how wrong you are.

Lol.

OP you want moar boost? What is your current setup?

From the looks of it you sure haven't mastered Google. EG chassis is the most commonly build Honda ever.

Then start saving ~$2,500 to boost and tune it. Start researching on H-T and D-series.
If you think you're going to boost it and make more than 250hp, you're certainly misled, if you don't have the mentality to buy tools, parts and build up your block, then skip boosting or else you'll blow the rods.

Then start asking real tech questions. Right now you're pipe dreaming. There is no such thing as being different in a Civic.

Hey now...he could be different, he could put a chevy SB in it, mated to a ford AOD and DANA 60 rear axle. Then do a compounding FI setup with twin turbo's feeding a supercharger, all while running E85. And he could run drag tires in the front with skinnies in the back to give it that sleeper FWD look but really it is now a RWD drag monster that is somehow still JDM yo!...

Sorry guys, I had to throw that in there.

OP, why don't you start with wheels and suspension...those will be easy enough, give you better handling, and if you go with koni's, "they will save you a few pounds for the whole shot".
