Default Endless thermostat housing leak.

Hello everyone,

So here's my problem, I have a coolant leak right under the thermostat housing and no matter what I do, it leaks. The leak isn't spewing too much liquid, but good enough to where I feel moisture under the bottom of the housing. I've replaced almost everything that has to do with the radiator (all hoses, entire thermostat housing chamber, thermostat, gasket, radiator, radiator cap, and reservoir tank). I didn't over tighten the bolts nor did I add any RTV sealant since that seems to do nothing. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reading!

Theres an o-ring that sits at the top of the water pipe that the thrrmostat housing sits on. Yours is probably bad.

Make sure your housing doesn't have a hairline crack in it. I had that problem.
