idk if the other switch will work, id say probably but dont know for sure..
but if it is bad it will cause no power to fuel pump, i just went through all this. is the main relay clicking at all? or just once and not priming the pump?
and it only turns over if you jump the starter? are all your grounds secured and getting power?

If when you turn on the ign. switch there is no "click" at all from the PGM-FI Main Relay it can only mean that the ground, [black] is no good or the switched power [black/yellow] is no good, or the relay itself is bad, it can not be anything else.

If on the other hand you do get the one "click" but nothing else, it can be a number of things, most common is a bad PGM-FI Main Relay, second most common is no constant power, and third is no power signal the IGP1 and/or IGP2 at the ECU/ECM.

You can check for the output of the injector relay by testing for power at the injectors, [wire that is the same color at all four injectors, [yellow/black] the fuel injector relay also supplies power to IGP1&2, IGP1&2 will be the only two yellow/black leads at the ECU/ECM.

Drop the PGM-FI Main Relay, unplug it and test for powers and ground.

There are three (3) powers, [12V+] at the relay plug...

1 - yellow/white, hot at all times, fuse 31-15A in engine bay fuse box.
2 - black/yellow, hot in run and start, fuse 24-20A in under dash fuse box, [SRS fuse block] , make sure thei lead has power both when the ign. switch is in the run position AND the start, [cranking to start] position.
2 - blue/white, hot in start, fuse 18-7.5A in under dash fuse box, this lead will have power only when starting the engine.

There is only one (1) ground lead, black, it should have full continuity to chassis ground.

If you have all three powers, use a paper clip to jump the yellow/white to the yellow/green, fuel pump should run.

Let me know what you find. 94
