I found this video while searching for other stuff and was wondering if some Kaaz user had some issues with there speed sensor?
What seems to be the problem exactly that you're asking about?
The gear is different to accomodate the design characteristics of the plate LSD housings (the speed gear is often machined into these and is a larger diameter). Because of the larger diameter, the diameter of the speed gear shaft for the sensor must be reduce (like in the video shown). The companies supply that part to install.
The gear teeth are designed to spin at the same RPM as the OEM speed gear setups so that the readout to the ECU does not change.
