Default Limited slip conversion

So, I was looking around for diffs on ebay, and I found this.

How does that work?

Poorly...

That's a piece of junk and doesn't really do anything. If you want an LSD buy a real one from MFactory or Quafie.

If you talk to Bone, he knows a company that does that correctly.

It looks more like it would make a locked diff than a limited slip.....
How exactly does that gadget work? Cause it doesn't make it a mechanical, clutch, or fluid limited slip....

The premise is that the gears are pushed apart against the casing so it works like a clutch-type LSD. Doesn't work without the clutch plates though (but like I said, Bone knows a company that will turn a stock diff into a clutch-type LSD, the works similar to how the linked one should).
