i decided to post this in the ITR forum as it seems there is more knowledge available...anyhow, i'm buying a header (4-2-1) for my JDM Integra Si (GSR), i looked at three 4-2-1 headers, a HKS, Mugen, and Spoon, the HKS is the cheapest at $600 shipped, whereas the mugen and spoon items run nearer to $900 shipped, so more than likely i'll go with the HKS header, BUT for the same money as the HKS i can get a spoon 4-2 header and use my own 2.5" 2-1 piping. Does anyone know anything on the HKS header, or should i get the spoon 4-2, or just save and get either the spoon/mugen 4-2-1 header

I saw it on http://www.takakaira.com under performance products/HKS/intake-exhaust
i dunno where you're located...but doesn't importbuilders.com sell their JG modded header *with a 2.5 collector* for 600? and a couple of guys on this board said they got alot more midrange and peak power from it (than the jdm itr header.) i believe jeff also has dyno's to prove it

I'm in Ireland (europe) and have a JDM Integra SiVTEC, I have asked numerous times if the DC JDM header or any other JDM spec US header will fit my car but no one knows (if someone know please let me know, it would be cheape to get one from the Us rather than japan), so to be safe i'm getting one from japan, which i know for definite will bolt straight onto my car without any alteration, i just dont know which one to get. price wise i think i'll go for the HKS as the mugen/spoon ones are just a little on the expensive side.
