An Intake Device. ( The new setup will put the Throttle Body on it's side, not up in the air. )..

Some Wire, and Wire Connectors…………………………………………………………………………………………….
Colored 3M Tape to mark Fuel Line, Vacumn Lines, and Coolant Lines……………………………………
A box of Zip Lock Bags and a Sharpie. That way you know what bolts go where……………………..

Less discount...............$203.08
Subtotal....................$1,827.75

I wanted to go to ARP head studs but I haven't came across that part number and price yet. I also need to source the ECU.

Uh for that price you're near a swap or turbo kit, don't waste your money.

buy a used complete head. should not be more than $200. skip the intake manifold and just run the oem ex one.

oem headgasket.

it should not cost you more than $500 to do. if you're gonna spend 2 grand might as well do a b series swap.

No not trying to buy or sell from the market place, I was pricing out a new mini me vs a junk yard pull. New head, new intake, a new motor itself is about 1000 plus labor to R&R it. I could get a Bseries for cheaper I think but then I have to make everything fit and have to get it rebuilt and axles etc. My current engine runs great but with almost 450k on it, I want to plan on a replacement soon. I don't want to lose A/C (its hot in DC metro area) and I commute 65miles one way.

ahh that explains it. well i got my complete block+head 00' b16 with barely 100k on it for only $1000. bought the headers, IM, and such off here and spent an additional 200. pretty cheap build id say if your on a budget.

make everything fit? a b series swap is a bolt in affair. how would you lose a/c with it?
