Icon6 00 CIVIC EX - electrical power is not stable

Please I need help with electrical system, can't figure out why power is not stable, lights and all electrical devices, even A/C goes up and down, I mean power increase and decrease constantly, at night you see all car lights going up and down like dimming in and out on a continous wave.
could it be the alternator or something regulating the power that makes it flow stable at same intensity but is not working?
hope you guys understand my explanation and someone able to help me.

Respectfully,

could be alternator and/or shorting, does the dimming thing happen when you press something like the power window? if so it is the alternator, check your battery voltage using an ohmmeter/multimeter. check the FAQs on how to do it.

Turn on the engine, open hood and check the voltage of the battery. With the engine on, it should be at least 14V DC. If the reading is eratic, it IS the ALTERNATOR.
