Is my engine done?
So my uncle mixed up some hose wrong and got coolant in my oil, I left it on idle for like 2 mins and it stayed in the car over night I just drained out all the oil and had some new oil left so I put it in to clean the motor a little from the coolant.... Is my engine done or should I be good with a new oil change?
yes. look closely for shimmer in the oil. drain into a clean pan and shine a flash light at it. also, when idling, listen closely for tell tale signs of bearing failure. like squeaking. if any material came off, it'll show in the initial oil that you drain and the next drain.
since you didn't actually drive it or run it for a long period, you'll probably be alright

i wouldn't be worried about a couple of flakes. that may just be be debris from something else. what you're really looking for is large amounts of tiny metal particles that give the oil a shimmer
no. you want to run it for 20 minutes on the cheapest oil possible. don't even bother changing the filter for this short session. just remove it, dump the oil out of it, and reinstall. you just want to flush it
TBH, i highly doubt it'll have had any immediate effects. maybe MAYBE in the very distant future.

well, you really shouldn't have any shimmer at all. by shimmer i mean that the actual content of the oil sparkles. not just a few flakes. all you can do at this point is flush it to get rid of the coolant cross contamination. maybe drive it for a couple hundred miles and dump the oil again to inspect.
