How much power am i going to make?

I have a stock longblock k20a2 with rbc and hybrid 74mm tb.
Just bought a kit consisting of a garrett T3/t67 journal bearing, sidewinder, 750 precision intercooler with a 44mm gate, and ID1000's
I'm gonna be on a stock map sensor so i'll be boosting around 10 psi til i get bored and boost more and purchase a MAP sensor.
on 10 psi with e85 how much power am i gonna make? Also, if i was wanting to hit 400-450 with this turbo about how much boost will i need?
I know i'll be criticized for this but higher boost pressure to hit 400-450 whp on e85, how bad will i be stressing the motor? What's the balance between limit and reliability?
Who else is using the Garrett T3-t67 turbo, how do you like it? I've read mixed reviews of how it compares to the gt35 journal-bearing and that the GT35 journal is a better turbo. I have access to a bbgt35r for about $500. If it takes 15 psi from this turbo to reach XXX whp, and only 10 psi from the BB gt35R to reach the same power.. Theoretically there would be less stress on the motor if i ran the BBgt35r, correcto?
So what's better, running Journal bearing t67 to 20-25 psi to reach 450 whp, or going with the GT35r bb at 10-15 psi to reach 450 whp? or are they equally tough on the motor?

Ahh sorry, let me re-phrase my questions. I didn't see much with the Garret t67 turbo. If anybody has some links maybe compared to other turbos that's be great.
Main reason why i asked such silly questions was to reassure myself that it was okay that i just spent a ton of money on a turbo kit. I don't want to have any remorse. heh

The T3/T67 was the most popular back in 2004-2005. You're not seeing many more threads on it, as most are rather old and people just knew they could make over 600whp-700whp with them, before the newer series came out. You don't even need E85 to to make that kind of peak power. THe problem is it will take you a while to get there. So while everybody is having the better up front and midrange, they'll be long gone before that puppy spools up.
You didn't screw up buying a kit, you just bought a turbocharger that was made for drag racing only, and very little street use.

That explains alot, the reason why i'll be using e85 is incase there are small "oopsies" while tuning and it'll have a larger window of error. I didn't realize that turbo was old technology!

Realistically, you'll be looking at 12-13psi on a K20A2 with a sidewinder manifold, and proper supporting mods.

You'll have enough "oopsies" regardless of fuel if you don't know what you're doing. Just because the T3/T67 is "old" in your eyes, doesn't mean its bad.. THere's a reason why its still being made now. Its reliable, repeatable, and repairable power. Many of the "newer" technlogy applications, don't always have that due to design, construction, or how its manufactured.
Depending on the dyno and tuner, you should be able to hit your goal with a k-series on 10psi (400ish). bads2k on here made 498whp on 13psi on a 35r with an RBC. And there are a ton of other examples of cars making more then 400 with smaller turbos that were designed in a similar time era as yours. IMO The turbo you have is extremely old and outdated. I would try to sell it and get a 6266. But thats just me. It will do fine if you just want 400, but you wont have much of a powerband.
And im not sure if you know it or not. But juding by the last half of your post i think your info may be skewed. A t67 is much larger then a 35r. A 35r is only a 61mm turbo, the T67 is a 67mm. Hell a 4088r is only 63.5. And a 4294r is 70.3. The T67 u have is quite large, therefore its gonna spool slow. A 35r is your best bet, still old, but better.

I think the 35r for a stock motor is the best choice tho. The only reason why i mentioned the 6266 is because it would be new (most likely). I dont believe in buying used turbos, never know how they were threated.

I will be tuning this myself, I'm on a stock MAP sensor so i'll be set at 10 psi. With the power ya'll stated I don't think i'll turn up the boost unless I sit on a dyno and see where my torque comes in at. Since the turbo is so large, Realistically won't it be easier on my motor since the turbo will take longer to spool = torque coming in later so it's not as much stress on the motor?
I think i'm over thinking this. HEH, anywho I'll keep this turbo for now and see what it does 10~Psi or so. thanks for all the imput gentlemen.

The reason why I pulled the GT35r into the picture was because my buddy has one that's been sitting on the shelf for years, it's practically brand new and I'd be able to purchase it for a great deal. $500~. I've about spent all on my budget so that would be the only other turbo i'd be able to purchase. I'll stick with this t67 and see what it does, and hell when i'm bored i may slap on that gt35 and see how much better it performs--if it does.
So, yes, I digress.. GT3582R>T3/T67> other stuff.

My bad, sometimes i can't write out the message i'm intending. I'll eventually buy that GT35r, he also has a twindisk i'm planning on purchasing. Thanks for the imput folks! I have an IFO next weekend in ennis, so after that event i'm going to install the kit.
