If you've got the complete trailing arm assemblies, all that's left is the brake booster, master cylinder, e-brake cables, and 4040 proportioning valve from the same donor car. It's not as simple as slapping on the parts you currently have. I mean, you can, but your e-brake cables won't work and you won't be getting enough brake fluid or pressure to the rear.
As long as you got the rear brakes with the trailing arms and everything it is a direct bolt in swap. You will need a E brake cable from a hatch with rear disc though like a 92-95 Si, I dont think the Integra one will work, I know it does on coupes but not on a hatch. On 96-00 Civics you dont need to replace the prop valve since all 96-00 share the same one, even the Si with rear disc. There is also no need to replace the master cylinder either the stock one will do just fine. I have not replaced mine when I did the rear disc swap and I have no braking issues. I may go to a 99-00 Si or GSR master in the future just for a little more squeeze on the brakes.

Okay so basically i would just need a different prop valve? I've heard that the 91 EX Sedan will work fine, is that true? Or what else is recommended?
Really all are the same with the exception of the ABS models which are all AT so who cares. OEM Honda part number for 96-00 Civic all models (Lx, Dx, Ex, Hx, Cx) 46210-S04-902, Part number for 99-00 Si 46210-S04-902.
You dont need to swap anything but the rear brakes themselves leave the stock master and prop. You cant use a 91 prop valve they are plumbed different than the 96-00.
