D15y8 idle issues
Alright, so some of what I know is third party, because it's my sister's car and my brother-in-law is troubleshooting via my input.
The problem, once @ operating temperature the idles surges from 1k-2.5k. When this is occuring and you shift into drive the idle comes up ~3k. The IAC code comes up sporadically.
Changed IAC, swapped throttle bodies (along w/ TPS), reset the comp. It just occurs to me as I type this to have him check the brake booster for a vacuum leak, doubt it though.
You guys have any other ideas that maybe helpful? I did a bit of searching on the site, everything so far was a no go.
