D15b single carb with vtec????

hello there i have 1994 honda civic ml rhd with a d15b single carb in it and i was wondering if i cud slap on a D16 vtec head on it????

Is this a D15B Vtec or a D15B7 non-vtec? The answer is yes, but may need a little more work than just the head depending on your answer to my question.

Its a non vtec d15b7 single carburetor engine
