hi guys, sometimes my civic not whant to start after turn it off, always after
some use. The car have spark the fuel pump activate but not build pressure. If you let it seat for half hour she start again. It's the fuel pump?

If wont hold pressure the regulator could be bad unless pump isnt priming after its hot ?

 

Is the pump really loud?
Could be a bad pressure regulator, pressure relief on the pump is bad, bad pump or pump wiring.

Is it a stock pump? Also your fuel pump relay could be bad
