So, 20 bucks is like what, 5 or 6 gallons? How much driving are you doing? When did you notice your mpg going down? What was it like before? How do you drive? How many miles on the car/engine? When's the last time it had a tune up? There's a lot of information we're missing here buddy...
What has happened to this site? Someone posts a "problem" about how his car is supposedly using too much gas an NOT ONE response asked how many miles he drove on the $20 worth of gas. Well, I guess the last response was close enough. Not only is the amount of mileage he drove important, but so is the TYPE of driving. City? Highway? Mix? Lead foot?
On top of it all, the OP seems to have a problem with English.

i drive about 10 miles everyday to school.... the miles reads 203k but i had an engine swap and it has about 90k on iti drive about 45-50 mph
this should be closed.. be more specifc than "halP! i had $18 buxz of gas but when i drive for 3 days it goes away all the way to E!" so many factors come into play other than how much money you spent and how long it lasted.
come on, guy. try giving some actual info that can help explain the situation youre having. when your question has no useful information & is structured like that youre not going to get much help.

30 miles (3 days at 10 miles each) with $20 in gas (~5.7gal at $3.5/gal) is about 5 miles per gallon. A turbo d16 with a shitty basemap will be scraping along at 15mpg. A stock motor in decent shape will get over 30 mpg. I doubt you're doing 5 mpg.
The only decent way to calculate milage is to fill up the tank, go through a large amount of it (past half), then refill it at the same gas station. At that point you can divide the miles by the gallons and get MPG.
If your O2 sensor is shot, have low tire pressure, carry lot of weight in baggage, a bike rack, filthy injectors, lifters that need adjustment, bad wheel alignment, have mechanical or ignition timing that's incorrect, or need a tune up (cap/rotor/spark plugs) - you will get shitty milage.
We can't give you a silver bullet. You will have to give detailed service records on all the above before anything we say can be helpful.

My 98 Hx used to get 42mpg on the highway and 36-38mpg stop and go with me beating on it. Now it only getting about 26mpg if I baby it, what the heck?? All I did was pull out the D16Y5 and put in a super mild build tuned LS Vtec. LMFAO.
