Default 94 eg hatch - New brakes pulsating

What up H-T
So today I was at the shop doing a axle swap, and the pads and rotors looked like they need to be replaced. So I went on and replaced them both, on top of that i knew it was time to rotate the tires, so i did that as well. When I was driving home from the shop I went to press the pedal and it completely sank and i quickly pumped it but got a pulsating response. So When i got home i took the brakes apart and looked, re cleaned everything and everything looked good. I rotated the tires back to how they where and and torqued everything down and went for a test drive the pedal was firm, but know the pedal still pulsates, the steering wheel tugs alittle bit and i can't seem to find a answer... I've replaced the ball joints (3 months ago) tierods (5 months ago) Wheel bearings (1 month ago) Axles... I can't seem to find the problem... any help would be useful, Thanks!

If the pedal is at all soft, bleed all four wheels thoroughly.

i would check rotor runout, also check runout on the hub.
one of the napa clinics i went to said brand new rotors can be also defective, or maybe warped. also have excessive runout, also sometimes rust on the hub can cause some runout, put lugunuts on the rotor and torque it to spec in criss cross pattern i believe 80ft lbs and then check runout.
i would check runout, and if the runout is excessive i would try to remove rotor and rotate it 90 degree and check again and check runout until i get the best runout.
also on the hub.

also u maybe warped it. for the pedal i would try bleed it 1st at the master then wheels, check rear wheel cyl for leaks, adj rear shoes if it has, or maybe it might be master cyl intermentent interal leak.

Forgive me for asking... but when you went to drive it home, were the brakes already fully pumped? Was that the first time you went to pump the pedal on the way home? Rotors could have possibly gotten damaged from that, if you say the pulsation is still there.
