Default IACV question?? Help?

Hi, I just recently install a skunk2 pro-serious manifold in my GSR and apparently having idle issues. Currently idle at 1500. I went over all the common issues like vaccum leak Can't seem to find the issue. Went and took the mani out again, make sure everything was done right, still revving 1500rpm. Cant seem to find a leak anywhere...Do I have a IAC problem? For the IACV while the car running, idle drops down to 950rpm when the sensor is unplug...is this a bad IACV?

You are not specifying if it is a surging or lumpy idle...if it is just idleing at 1500 I would say adjust the idle screw.

Surging idle. If you let off the gas pedal, the rpm creeps up and then down but stay at 1500rpm. For the adjustment screw, it's full tighten.....could it be my IACV? what are sign of a bad IACV? When the IACV sensor is pull off while the car is running, my idle drops down....bad/good?

Does this mean your idle is jumpy or not? check the screw, cable, iacv. Also does it do it when its warmed up? Check the fitv

No the idle is not jumpy and I did clean my IACV didnt make a differnce. It does not come with the FITV. Although, I might have a vaccum leak from the brake booster which connects to my vaccum block to my turbo accessories like bov and gauge. I can tell when the rpm keeps surging when I repeatly step the brake pedal...any suggestion?
