Default all motor "gsr" question

guys i'm planning on building a motor in the near future. what you think of my setup? gsr block and rods, ls crank, and a b16 head with pr3 pistons. just wonderin if anyone has done this and i'd like to see the link. its supposed to be around 12.45:1 compression.

dont mismatch the crank and rods. you want to use an ls crank, use ls rods.

thats the point. its kinda like ls-v without the ls block. no positive deck height. just seeing if anyone had done this.

you cannot use gsr rods and a ls crank in a gsr block. you will need shot peen'd and ARP rob bolts in LS rods or aftermarket LS rods. there are better ways to increase compression.
I have a "GSR mini stroker" build myself. with carillo ls rods and CP pistons.
great build.

Do gsr rods on a ls crank and tell us the results if it was a good idea!

Thought I was clear and straight forward with my first post.*b20 crank and b18c rods will not work. The journal width of the crank and the big end of the rods do not match. Let's say you will have a oiling issue
