WTB 84MM Low Comp Forged Pistons!
Hello,
What are you doing for connecting rods? Would you consider 84.5mm?
It would be better to start with a fresh bore with a new set of forged pistons so you can control the cylinder wall clearance and get the best ring seal.
I have a set or CP's for sale in this thread... check them out! http://hondamarketplace.com/showthre...2#post48016502
My friend was building a 95mm x 84.5mm boosted stroker motor using a DART head and block. You cant use the rods but you can take advantage of a SICK deal on the pistons... if you are open to possibly running a custom rod. The rod would need to be a little longer (139.45mm to get a 0 deck) then a stock rod, which in itself would be a nice addition. The longer rod would improve the rod to stroke ratio from a 1.54:1 to a 1.57:1. The compression ratio would be 9.4:1 with a PR3 head or 9.5:1 with a P72 head using a stock gasket.
