Fairly certain that's an H22a1, closed deck (as opposed to the H22a4, that is open deck). Is that so?
I have a 5th-generation Prelude, which has the H22a4. My question (for you or anybody here who might know for sure) is, is this block bolt-on compatible with the rest of my engine (in particular, head above and crankshaft below). Obviously since it's overbored, it would require new pistons. But my question is really about the block mating to the head.
Anybody know for sure, because I ain't much interested in finding out the experimental way.
Thx
