Default 94 Civic clutch Problem

Hey i have a 1994 honda civic with a stock d series engine. The problem i have it when i change gears if the car is off or driving its hard/heavy to change gears, its not smooth at all, in other words there's alot of resistance. Also im pretty sure that my clutch bearing is broken can this be causing the problem? What can i do to make it shift smoother?

How did you come to the conclusion it's a bearing?

Because it makes a noise from the transmission and if i press the clutch it goes away...

This^ is a transmission main bearing problem.

For difficult shifting, you should also consider that there is air in the hydraulic system, the master and/or slave cylinder is bad, or the clutch pedal is not adjusted properly.

do you know where I can get a new bearing, and is there anyway to check if the master and slave cyinders are bad, also could it be that i need to change the oil in the tranny?
