Spray your pedal mount with some WD40 and if the squeak persists then you've got an interesting problem. I've never heard of anything other than the pedal squeaking.

could be a slave cyl going bad, could be the throw out bearing. mine would squeek with no pressure on the pedal, then go away as soon as my foot pressed, but i guess it could do the opposite. does the squeek only happen when the pedal is moving in or out? in that case linkage. if the sound is constant, then more likely it is something internal, pilot bearing maybe.

I had this problem just recently and I ended up replacing the clutch kit.
If the squeak persists at idle, but is worst when you let off the clutch
pedal, its your throw-out aka release bearing. Then you need to
replace the clutch, replacing the throw-out bearing only will costs
almost as much in parts and labor, so just replace the kit.

yea, most likely a bearing. if it squeaks when the clutch is out, it can be the throwout or the pilot. if it only squeaks when it is pushed in, it could be pilot, and might also mean u just need some grease on the fork pivot point. Then again u might have gotten the pressure plate wet somehow and rusted the fingers and that could be squeaking? I would say just pull the trans, and replace the clutch kit, resurface the flywheel and bleed the clutch fluid, make everything fresh. Hey, throw a performance clutch in while ur at it!
