i have a 99 civic dx hatch i believe it the y7 and 1-2 week ago it was running fine when i went pick up another car. the civic have been sitting for 1-2 week and after today when i try to move it(in first gear and reverse) it doesn't move smoothly as if something is dragging it from moving. could this be due to a clutch(the clutch did feel more spongy then before but maybe that just me because the other ride i pick up had a heavy clutch). could it be no fluid in trans? it was to dark but when i check i see some wet fluid around the trans area but nothing on the floor. i believe the only time it was move was when my friend push the car backward a bit in neutral with the car off but that wouldn't be the cause would it? im fully check it again tomorrow when there more light but is there anything eles i should look out for or has anyone had something similar happen and know what wrong. any input would be helpful thankyou in advance

 

Wondering if the brakes could have seized up in that short of time or not...
