Went out for a spin tonight and stopped to talk to a bud. Turned the car off...timer took over. Idled for the 1.5 min like normal (FJO @ 14-14.5, pressure at 36 psi).

Car turned off and not two seconds later I go to take off and it wouldnt start. Pressures 32 or so and the FJO is at 15!. Tried again and nothing. Waited for a couple of min and watched the FJO count up to 20 (where it reads at 0% throttle). After it got to 20 the car started.

Any insight?

Setup: 500cc RC's, 255 Walbro, 4:1 FMU, VAFC (non hack)

not sure.. but normal to see 15/16 right after engine turned off from idle, what is it usually?

 

Is it true the FJO shows A/F of 20.0 when you are at 0% throttle? I was worried my EMS had been using my O2 feedback on decel because I kept getting A/F = 20.0 when decellerating at 0% throttle after I disconnected my stock O2 and installed the FJO unit(but not hooked up to my EMS, just for testing the FJO install)

Mine reads 20 at 0% on decel on FMU, VAFC, and 500cc RCs.
