i have a turbo 95 integra. The engine will rev to 5k and act like its hitting a rev limiter. i have my wideband running through my s300 so i have the af ratios where they should be up to that point. i have the ignition timing decreasing by .75 degree per pound of boost. any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of things to look at.
1. What air fuel ratios are you seeing right before & during this issue?
2. What spark plugs are you running at what gap?
3. What rpm do you have vtec activation at? What load point?
4. Do you have a launch limiter enabled? If so at what rpm?
5. What boost level is this occurring at?
6. What rpm do you have your revlimit set to?
7. Where do you have your boost cut set at?
