Ok when you swap on a new head there many things that need to be done! i dont even know where to start! you may have already bent a valve.
Double check your cam gears are at tdc!
Did you make sure the crank gear was at bdc and aligned with the oil pump mark when you installed the timing belt? sometimes when you install the belt you can move the crank gear a little and not realize it and the motor will not be at tdc.
Check those.
When you instal a new head the VALVES need to be ADJUSTED!
Confirm the motor is at tdc, and do the valve lash to spec.
Remove the spark plugs and rotate the motor counter clock wise manually with a ratchet and cycle the motor at least 2-3 times and bring it back to tdc to confirm the timing belt is riding correct and the motor has not skipped a tooth on timing, then assemble the motor back and fire it up, if it sounds good check the timing with a gun correct the timing if needed and it should run fine.
