Default Starting problems now with swap

00 Accord H23a Vtec with a chipped p28 h22 basemap

So I converted from 3 wire IAVC to 2 wire had car on not realize it(on position engine not running), blew a fuse, replaced fuse.

Now my car is throwing code 9 which is Cylinder position sensor no power to etc... Check with a DMM 335 ohms, recommend is 350-700. I am not sure if it is the sensor or the wiring. I have checked conversion harness every is good except when I wiggle the wire on B plug and I hear a click with key on the on position sometimes it trys to start which is weird to me.

Now my problem is the car is starting hard and then dying.

As the video shows

So how's the continuity from that pin on the connector to the distributor connector ? Try wiggling it while seeing if continuity holds.

Obv the sensor tests below specs. You can either try to get another sensor or just try another distributor.
