Default Torque spec - vtec oil switch

Please help - can someone tell me what the torque spec is for the vtec oil pressure switch for a '99 4 cyl? It's not in the handy Haynes manual.

Thank you!! Even asked a former mechanic who now works service at dealership and we both looked online at the Honda service manual and couldn't find it.

Cool. Does anyone know if you can put a Vtec cylinder head and make a F22A1 non Vtec motor a Vtec?
