i have a auto 94 eg with a auto b18b1 from my 97 integra, my problem is that when i put the car in reverse nothing happens but the reverse lights still come on, it acts like it goes from park to neutral and just skips the reverse gear. when it was in the integra before the swap reverse worked fine.

could it be that i needed to swap the shift cable too,because i am running the civic cable still?

any help would be great. thanks
