Like the title says. I'd like to know if any differences exist between these two main and rod bearing sets; H22 and H23.

Besides the part number

 

depends on the year. 97+ h22 mains are bigger for 55mm mains compared to 50mm.
other than that the f22, h23 and h22 bearings are all the same.

As long as you make sure you have the correct main size (either 50 or 55 mm) all H22 bearing sets will work for an H23 as well.

h22a is 50mm main journals
h23 is 50mm main journals
h22a4 is 50mm main journals (on 1997 models only)
h22a4 is 55mm main journals (on 1998 and up)

so to answer your question yes there is a size difference between h22 bearings and h23 bearings.
