Maybe your throttle isn't opening all the way.

You already know one thing that's wrong - you admitted you haven't calibrated your TPS. Do that, then get back to us.

Correct all known deficiencies before reporting an issue to have solved. Once all deficiencies are eliminated then you might find your issues will be gone.

I'd say TPS.

"New" only means that it definitely needs to be properly calibrated. They don't come perfectly set out of the box.

Make sure your throttle cable slack is adjusted correctly. Did you convert from a Y7 style IM, or just upgrade from a Y8 style manifold? If you upgraded from a Y7 style manifold, did you replace the throttle cable with a proper Y8 cable?

What engine do you currently have in the car? What other mods? What ECU? Do you have any CELs?

i have a b20z2 with a p75 ecu obd2, the throttle cable is the original one, i do have a cel i drove the car to autozone today to get it checked out these are the codes that came out
p0135-faulty A/F sensor 1
p1508-failed IAC valve
p0113-faulty IAT sensor
p0122-faulty Tp sensor

also not sure if i calibrated the tps right

What motor was originally in the car? If it wasn't a Y8, you have the wrong throttle cable.

So your primary O2 sensor is shot, or the wiring is messed up. Check the wires for nicks/dings. If it doesn't look damaged, voltage test it. A how-to is in the FAQs sticky.

IACV isn't working correctly. Make sure it is plugged in. If it is, take it out and clean it. If that doesn't help, voltage test it. Once again, how-to in the FAQs sticky.

IAT isn't working correctly. Make sure it is plugged in. If it is, voltage test it. Once again, FAQs.

TPS isn't working correctly. You may have calibrated it incorrectly, or you might have gotten a bad unit.

Also, it's possible that you plugged the wrong things in the wrong places. Post the colors of the wires running to your IACV, IAT, and TPS.

This

Quite a few of those plugs are identical looking; the underlying wires will tell the truth.

if it won't go pass 3k, that means your car is in limp mode. is the check engine light on? see if its throwing any codes.
