Icon3 Hit the curb by accident

i have a 2005 honda civic lx coupe special edition. This morning I went to make a uturn in this area where its hard to make a uturn because its a two way street so.....as i was turning slowly to make that tight turn i accidently ran my car up on to the curb from the front of the car. But my car still is running no warning lights came on or anything because i was barely going less than 5mph to make that turn. my question is could I have messed up something under my car or will it be okay?

If your car didn't have any warning lights come up and you weren't going that fast I don't think anything is wrong with your car. You should probably check it out just to make sure but I really doubt anything is wrong. Maybe just a few scratches.

I hope nothing is wrong. But my car has to be serviced soon once I reach 39,600 miles im almost at 39,000 and Im sure when I take my car to be service that they will be able to tell me if something is wrong or not.

The last time I hit a curb with my old 2001, I broke my lower control arm, bent my tie rods, and bent my stabilizer bar. (drunk).

You did not mention if it driving normal at all speeds. Is it pulling, vibrating, knocking when you go over a bump?

i hit a curb going about 15 mph and did quite a bit of damage. depending on how far up the curb you went i would recommend checking your engines oil pan for a dent or crack or look for leaking oil.

Have you check your suspension alignment?

Last time I did that I inadvertantly fixed my negative camber lol.

Try driving your car straight and let go of the wheel and see if it pulls either left or right, want to make sure it still drives straight at least. Like mentioned in a earlier post, check to see if you hear any unusual sounds, etc.

I highly doubt you did any major damage, but there's only so much the interwebs can diagnose your car haha. Go take it to a mechanic if you're seriously worried.
