Default Started my turbo Y8 build

So some of you may know i picked up a running D16Y8 for $100 a month ago. I've decided my route on the car and here is what i have come up with.

WIesco 9.5:1 forged pistons
Eagle H beam rods
ported and shimmed oil pump
OEM main bearings
King Race Bearings
Y8 Head with stock valves
Bisimoto dual valve springs
Titanium Retainers
custom camshaft from bisimoto. stock low lobe profile with their level 3 ground only on the vtec lobe,
port matched Y8 intake with B18C5 throttle body, with 440 cc injectors
cast iron log manifold
94-95 7.3L NON POWERSTROKE turbocharger
walbro 190lph fuel pump

hoping to keep the stock low lobe fuel map, and have an aggressive race tune on the high lobe, and activate vtec and that high fuel map when the turbo starts spooling around 4000 rpms.

goal is 300hp and 40 mpg. EX tranny with HX 5th gear.

I also plan on using a 2.5" exhaust with a factory prelude muffler, and a factory prelude airbox, a wrx top mount or similar intercooler with custom rubber injection molded intake tubes from http://www.buckhornrubber.com/air-in...facturers.aspx

If anyone is interested in seeing where I am to date with this build, please feel free to watch the video.

Nice, I'd go with a Z6 crankshaft though.

i plan on it if i can find one in perfect shape before i start building the bottom end. if not, i will have the oil holes on the main bearings opened up to match the crank to allow extra oil to flow.
