the problem occurred when you changed the spring out. i imagine your tune was based off the spring that was in it.
not sure if your tuned on s300, neptune, AEM or some fuel management system. but when you change the spring rate the boost solenoid percentage would need to be adjusted as well.

Sounds like you have the turbo going to the top port on the WG instead of to the bottom port which would give you spring psi. Try taking WG off and making sure it moves also, 7psi is not to hard to press in on.

i have my boost source from turbo to side port of wastegate !!!!im thinking one of my pushlok fittings is leaking somewhere maybe
Did you actually check anything as suggested? We can only do 20% of the work from behind the computer screen. Your lazy butf has to do the other 80%...

the problem didnt occur when i chnaged springs out because it was doing it with the spring i had in it before , this happened out of knowhere , that was the reason why i chnaged springs to see if it would help
Obviously you didn't read the help too well... The system was working, now it isn't. Electronic components removed to eliminate that side of things. Wastegate System was checked for leaks and is plumbed correctly... what does that leave other than some sort of mechanical failure or user/installer error. Pull the wastegate off and perform the suggested checks. They aren't as complicated as you are making them out to be.
You can clearly see from the picture they are plugged Muckman...
OP - Just out of curiosity, where are you getting your boost readings from and what type of equipment are you using to get them?

Theres 3 air ports. His pictures only show 2 ports. His symptoms act like the wastegate is not seeing the boost reference. Either its leaking out the port or the hose. Try a different hose.

all 3 ports are capped off , the other ports are for the watercooled stuff which isnt needed ,
i have the one vaccum source on the side directly to my turbo , i have a autometer boost gauge and recorded some datalog passes and u can clearly feel the extra boost when it hits about 7500 ,, bump oh yea and omni power 4 bar map sensor

The one is capped off because you are using a boost controller. I would be more concerned that the push-lock fitting possibly melted. Completely remove anything that may be installed in the top 2 ports. Better yet, when you remove the push-lock fitting try to blow through it.
